or rye cocktail bread, each slice cut into 8 triangles
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk heavy cream until thickened, but not yet at soft peaks.
Fold in sour cream, horseradish, chives, lemon juice, hot sauce, kosher salt, and black pepper. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes before using it.
Onto every Fitness Bread triangle, place a dollop of the horseradish cream, smoked salmon, and capers.
Serve and enjoy like the lockdown is over tomorrow
