Instructions
Brown the ground bison until it achieves a good amount of crisper bits. Remove from the heat.
Butter and line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Also, make sure to butter the parchment.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl stir together the chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
Heat in microwave on 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring well between intervals, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the cooked ground bison, vanilla, and walnuts. Spread into prepared dish and chill until set, about 2 hours. Cut into squares.
