Ingredients
  

For the Homemade Big Mac

  • 2 3- ounce custom grind ground beef patties see above
  • 2 sesame buns
  • Butter
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • Handful of iceberg lettuce chopped
  • Dill pickle chops
  • 1 TBSP yellow onion finely diced
  • 1 TBSP Not-so-Secret Sauce

For the Not-so-Secret Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1 TBSP Tapatío Hot Sauce
  • 2 TBSP dill pickle juice
  • 1 dill pickle finely diced
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • For the Homemade Big Mac
  • C’mon, it’s a Big Man! You know the song – “Two all-beef patties, special sauce,
  • lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.”
  • For the Not-so-Secret Sauce
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
