Smoked Bacon Bratwurst Cheese Logs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 beer bratwurst removed from the casings
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 TBSP Arthur Wayne Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 4 oz. chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup asiago cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño finely diced
  • 1/2 TBSP Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of your favorite BBQ rub

Instructions
 

  • Heat smoker to 250ºF.
  • Mix bratwurst, Arthur Wayne Habanero Hot Sauce, panko bread crumbs, cheeses, cream cheese, jalapeño, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well incorporated.
  • Portion the mixture into 4 and form sausage-shaped logs.
  • Wrap each log with a slice of bacon.
  • Place sausage and cheese logs into the smoker and smoke for 75 minutes.
  • Serve with Dijon mustard.
