Ingredients
  

  • 1 chuck or sirloin roast
  • 1 packet buttermilk ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Pepperoncini pepper rings to taste
  • Jalapeno pepper rings to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the roast into the slow cooker.
  • Place butter chunks and pepper rings on top of the roast.
  • Empty the ranch dressing mix and the au jus mix on top of the roast
  • Slow cook over low heat for 8 hours.
  • Served with the juices and alongside blue cheese smashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Notes

DO NOT add water or stockā€¦there will be more than enough liquid.
