chuck or sirloin roast
1
packet buttermilk ranch dressing mix
1
packet au jus gravy mix
1/4
cup
butter
Pepperoncini pepper rings
to taste
Jalapeno pepper rings
to taste
Instructions
Place the roast into the slow cooker.
Place butter chunks and pepper rings on top of the roast.
Empty the ranch dressing mix and the au jus mix on top of the roast
Slow cook over low heat for 8 hours.
Served with the juices and alongside blue cheese smashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Notes
DO NOT add water or stockā¦there will be more than enough liquid.
