For the Pickled Red Onions

red onion
sliced thin

apple cider vinegar

Frank’s Red Hot
Instructions
Combine the pickled red onions and allow to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Top each bun's bottom half with the bison burnt ends, Hot Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce, pepper jack cheese, and additional BBQ sauce.
Broil until the cheese is bubbling and browning.
Top with pickled red onion, pickled okra, and the bun top.
Serve & enjoy.
