Bison Burnt Ends Sandwich

“Life is good when you have a good sandwich.”

— Keanu Reeves

We doubt you have any bison burnt ends leftover from yesterday’s BBQ, and if you did, we doubt you were going to throw them away. Burnt Ends are nothing to sneeze at, so let’s get the most out of these bad boys in a good sandwich.

Use the remaining burnt ends as a ready-to-go “ingredient” in the following deliciously sweet, tangy, and smoky sandwich. The richness of the bison meat and cheese of this recipe perfectly balances and complements the fun tangy pickled red onions and okra. What I really mean to say is….this sammich is dope because the recipe is one of a kind.

Grab a beer, grab your superbly healthy and delicious bison meat, and indulge in your secret love affair with burnt ends.
