Instructions
Pat drumsticks dry with a paper towel and season generously with Headwaters BBQ Pipestone Poultry Rub.
Heat your smoker to 180ºF.
Arrange the chicken legs in the smoker and smoke for 30 minutes.
Crank the temperature to 350ºF and cook for 30 more minutes.
Brush the Headwaters BBQ Ghost Town Sauce on the chicken legs.
Grill until the thickest part of the leg reaches 165ºF internal temperature.
