Pat drumsticks dry with a paper towel and season generously with Headwaters BBQ Pipestone Poultry Rub.
When ready to cook, set the smoker temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Arrange the chicken legs on the grill grate and smoke for 30 minutes.
Increase the grill temperature to 350ºF and cook for an additional 30 minutes.5
While the drumsticks are cooking, combine the Arthur Wayne Limitless Hot Sauce and jelly in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat then set aside until ready to use.
Brush the sauce on the chicken legs. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
