Pimento-Cheese Sandwich Wheels
Ingredients
- ¼ lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp Blind Hot Sauce Beelzebub Rub
- 1 tsp horseradish
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- 2 TBSP mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP roasted red pepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 white hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Stir together cheese, Beelzebub Rub, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
- Add roasted red pepper, and stir to combine.
- Spread pimento cheese into each hoagie roll. Cut sandwiches into 1-inch wheels.
