“Live every day like it’s Taco Tuesday.”

A taco is an iconic Mexican dish, where a round and thin flatbread of Mexico, called a tortilla, is folded or rolled around a stuffing. The tortilla was nothing but an edible spoon to carry food into the mouth, and in the spirit of tradition, we will be utilizing it to transport Bulgogi into our mouths.
Bulgogi is a Korean bbq dish where beef is marinated in a very distinctive Korean sauce, sweetened with pear, and barbecued as we did in this recipe. This food was only enjoyed on special occasions only, but with the improvement of the economy, it has now become an everyday staple.
Bring together the tortilla and Korean bbq meat and you’ll have a peculiar yet delicious Korean-Mexican fusion, which in our opinion, is a little bit more than the sum of its parts. This tortilla recipe is where people from different countries and different cultures meet, connect, and merge to create food, that as a whole, is more than the sum of its parts.
