Smoked Huckleberry Ghost Turkey

Ingredients
For the Brine
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 gallon water
- 2 TBSP Arthur Wayne Huckleberry Ghost Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups kosher salt
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1 TBSP ground black pepper
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
For the Brine
- In a food-grade large bucket, combine the apple cider, water, hot sauce, kosher salt, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar.
- Dunk the turkey into the brine and store in a refrigerator. Soak turkey for 2 days before smoking or roasting.
