Pecan Sticky Cookies

Desserts
Sticky Pecan Cookie

Is there anything better than a warm cookie on a cold day? The answer is no, but it can be even better with a gooey cocoa and honey center. Add the vanilla ice cream, now you’re talking.

These cookies are our first recipe featuring a new product, Sticky. Sticky is a flavored honey spread crafted specifically for chocolate lovers. It tastes sweet, earthy, cinnamony, and..well…sticky. This supercharged rich spread has all the power of Montana’s raw honey and is bursting with the goodness of cacao nibs and cinnamon.

BAKE UNTIL THEY JUST BARELY LOOK DONE

Please heed this advice – DO NOT over-bake these cookies! They will not look done when you pull them out of the oven, and that is GOOD. You want them only lightly browned in a few places, which is exactly how you want them.

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing them to the cooling rack.

Notes

Do not over bake
When you remove the cookies from the oven they will still look doughy. Please, I beg you, do NOT over bake!
